I am unsure how much to order for the school stall?
It can be hard to understand the popularity of the Mother's Day / Father's Day or Christmas Stall.  As a starting point we recommend 1.5 products per student.  This is generally a good start and if more is required, you can always increase the ratio for next year!   If you order slightly too much, the good news is most of our products don't expire and can be used on future stalls.

How much is shipping / freight?
Shipping is $15 per order, Australia wide however a surcharge may apply for areas in regional or remote Australia. If this is the case, we will inform you prior to processing your order.

Do I need to ship my products to the school?
No, you don't, but if you choose to have your products delivered to an address other than a school premise, please note that goods will be left unattended in a safe place and the recipient accepts responsibility for the goods.

How do I know if my school is eligible for credit terms?
All schools / educational institutions are eligible for 14-day payment terms from the invoice date. When ordering online, select ‘Request an invoice’.

How can I pay for an order?
We accept credit card, bank electronic funds transfer (EFT) or cheque.

Do you accept returns?
Given the excellent value of our gifts, we generally don't accept returns for change of mind, however, will work with you on solutions for faulty or damaged products.
